Terms of Service

By creating a Forgetless account or texting the Forgetless number, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Forgetless helps you keep track of birthdays, reminders, to-dos and events, mostly by text message. Features may change over time. We work hard to deliver every text on time, but we can't guarantee it: carriers, outages and other things outside our control can delay or drop messages. Please don't rely on Forgetless alone for anything critical, such as medication or legal deadlines.

Your account

• You must be at least 13, and use a phone number you own or are authorized to use.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• If you link a partner, they can see and edit items you share with them, and can add items to your list.

Text messages

By signing up you agree to receive texts from Forgetless: verification codes, the reminders and alerts you set up, and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies with your settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Acceptable use

Don't use Forgetless to send spam, harass anyone, break the law, or interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Forgetless for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated suggestions, such as gift ideas, are for inspiration and may not always be accurate.

Ending your account

You can stop anytime. Email willjoneswjj@gmail.com to delete your account. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Forgetless is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Forgetless is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed or late messages.
