SMS Opt-In Process

When you sign up for Forgetless.io, you explicitly opt-in to receive birthday reminder texts through our service. Here's how it works:

  • You provide your phone number during account creation
  • We send a verification code to confirm your number
  • You receive a welcome message confirming your subscription
  • Birthday reminders are sent only on the morning of saved dates

How to Opt-Out

You can stop receiving birthday reminders at any time through multiple methods:

  • Reply STOP to any reminder message
  • Toggle off notifications in your account settings
  • Contact our support team
  • Delete your account (all data will be permanently removed)

Privacy Policy

We collect and store only essential information needed to provide our service:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Names and birthdays of people you add (no other personal information)
  • Basic usage data to improve our service

We never sell your data or share it with third parties except as required to provide our service (SMS delivery).
